Warnings and Kicks
I'd like to see the option of choosing how many warnings someone receives before he gets a kick Smile
I've always been a guy for 2 warnings, 3 is a kick etc. Don't know if others agree but I thought I'd throw it in the crowd Smile

i agree with you its the admins or clans choice on how many warnings
its a great tools but still is missing some options for the kicking part
also i wanted a auto resset of the tool after a mapchance
so its 2 or 3 warnings on a map

Yeah... I didn't want to clutter the program with too many options... this is easy to build in however I'll wait to see what the popular consensus is...

Maybe I could have it as an option in the xml file that stores your settings... what do you think..??

As for a different number of warnings per map... dunno... I'd have to think about that one...!!

oh i dont need allot of options

only the kicking part to being adjustble from 1 to 3
and a restart on the map change so every counter is resset
not a differnt count on each map but every player starts on 0 again

but the most important thing is the warning/kicking part

RE: Warnings & Kicks
Would it be at all possible for persistent offenders....those who have been kicked more than 5 times for example to then be banned with this tool.If they havent got the message bythen they are not who you want on servers anyway.
Other than that Great Work...we love it & have only been running it for a few hours

Yeah... thats possible however I have refrained from including any option to ban offenders... the reason is that MORKEye is an aide to admins not a solution and it's entirely possible that MORKEye could get it wrong and ban people without just cause...

I will wait to see how many people want the option to ban before including it.

Thanks for the feedback.

Me please Smile

I have been watching this at work on our dedi with 2 instances monitoring 2 servers and it seems to work without effecting the servers, nobody has complained of lag. We are streaming to both pbbans & punksbusted and taking auto screenshots and everything is going without a problem.

I would like the ban option added and/or the kick to last for a time limit, EG: 5 minutes

We have been waiting for a program like this, Very nice work, well done Smile

That would definitely be of help Smile Doesn't have to be an option in the program but a variable in the xml Smile (I do think most admins will know how to edit those Tongue)

And I think being kicked is already a 10min ban? (On my server a kick means a temp ban for 10min... But that could be a serverside option...)

[EDIT] On our server there's a Cvar: sv_KickBanTime, which regulates how long a player is banned when he/she is kicked Smile Should be on all servers then cause ours is a standard Linux one.

Ours is set for 5 minutes but this only takes effect if kicked through the actual server, this program kicks and the person can get straight back in. This can also happen if you do a 'kick all' through console the players can get straight back in.
